Daily Mail repeatedly speaks of sexually frustrated men. In America and across Europe on any given day, SURELY there are a few sexually frustrated men. But they know not to touch a woman without her consent.
These are brute, criminal acts and have little to do with sexual frustration. They have everything to do with predatory acts against Western women by Muslim men.
