All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
Your second point that family (a man and a woman raising a child for the full term of the approximate 20 years that it takes for a child's brain to develop) is evolutionarily preferable in the human species is one I had never thought of before.
And I don't know that anyone else is making such an argument.
It certainly seems obvious from the pov of Social Darwinism. But I don't think Social Darwinism is considered science.
While I agree with your argument as a moral/ideological pov, I will offer some objections just to see how you would answer them.
Other mammals with larger brains do not raise their children in intact households. Dogs, Chimpanzees, Apes, etc; they do not mate for life, or even for the term of child development.
Ducks do, however.
I don't think Ducks are known for their size or complexity of their brains.
Here's a partial list of animals who are monogamous. Note that one of those listed is a species of worms:
Beyond genetics, suggesting that progressive's deny the environmental impact on society when discussing homosexuality is a stretch. The entire PC construct is the mechanism which manipulates the environment/culture.
