Trump Floats Possibility Giuliani Replacing Sessions As Attorney General

AND THEN THERE'S THIS:

Forget Russia. I’d fire Jeff Sessions over civil forfeiture.

Jeff Sessions has been very busy and accomplishing much - however, his recusal of all things related to Hillary's emails has left Trump vulnerable to the unrelenting harrassment we witness daily.
The civil forfeiture issue is a twin sided blade - for instance, imagine the cut this blade can make by RICO'ing Soros enterprises or the Clinton Foundation or the McCain Foundation etc. etc.
Fighting against Trump's detractors would have one immediately suggest 'follow the money'....which would lead to RICO opportunities.
Yes, of course that same 'civil forfeiture' can be turned against citizen Joe once Trump's opposition succeeds. I did mention its a double edged blade, didn't I?

In my view, civil forfeiture before a guilty verdict or plea deal is rendered is unconstitutional.
