"Best Friends Can Rape Best Friends": A Female Pop Singer Named Timothy Heller Accuses Her "Best Friend" (Also a Female Pop Singer) Melanie Martinez of Rape

Timothy Heller (Right)
With Her Best Friend
And Rapist, Melanie Martinez

Sexual Assault has Jumped the Tuna:
She says that one night during a sleepover, Martinez asked if she would have sex with her. Heller says she was “obviously uncomfortable”, and repeatedly told Martinez “no”.
The following night, Heller writes, the same conversation came up. Heller says that Martinez performed oral sex on her and proceeded to “penetrate [her] with a sex toy without being asked.” She does not specify when the alleged assault occurred.
Heller finishes by writing, “Girls can rape girls. Best friends can rape best friends. Friendship does not equal consent. Silence doesn’t equal consent. I wish it wasn’t so hard for me to convince myself of these things.”
Apparently, Heller has said she suffers from Mental Illness:
In her interview with Atwood Magazine about her single, Heller opens up about her experience with mental illness and being one-half of the band Dresses.
“My experience in Dresses was a lot darker than anyone let on: I was struggling a lot with mental illness, and had an extremely unsupportive team around me. I was subject to a lot of mental abuse, but kept around because they needed my voice for the band."
It sounds to me like she was Music Career Raped too.

For her part, Bestie and other Female Pop Singer, Melanie Martinez, says Timothy Heller (who is a girl by the way) "NEVER SAID NO."

That excuse would never fly for a White Male Conservative.

However, given the fact that Melanie Martinez is a female Hispanic, and a Pop Singer to boot, my guess is she is going to skate on this charge, and will be back to penetrating other Besties with foreign objects in no time.

But there is a contingency here. Her accuser does suffer from Mental Illness, and she is a Female Pop Singer herself.

The Supreme Court of PC does not have an established legal precedent with which to view this case. So it could go either way.

What do you think will happen?
