UN Ambassador Nikki Haley plans 'thank you' party for countries that DIDN'T vote to condemn Trump for saying Jerusalem is Israel's capital (so it will be a pretty select affair!)

Winning!

UN Ambassador Nikki Haley plans 'thank you' party for countries that DIDN'T vote to condemn Trump for saying Jerusalem is Israel's capital (so it will be a pretty select affair!)
United Nations General Assembly voted to condemn President Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital
Member nations voted 128-9 with 35 abstentions on a resolution regretting 'recent decisions concerning the status of Jerusalem'
UN ambassador Nikki Haley warned 'This vote will be remembered'
Only 9 nations including the U.S. and Israel voted against it
Haley's office is hosting a party thanking nations for 'friendship'
Only opponents of the resolution and abstainers got invited

This looks to me like an elementary school revenge. Inviting a small number of kids to the party.

Of course I understand the intent, but sure sounds childish. A party? Is that the punishment for those who voted against the US? Not being invited? Sounds petty and insignificant.

Just my take on it ...

Almost all of Trump's tweets seem childish and petty to me.

I always wish he'd just stop.

But it works. I'd have to be a fool to not see that he makes it work.
