Bullet point format: End the wicked incentives of Obama that made the costs rise. Yes he used the words "wicked incentives"! 

He also used the word "dishonest" in one sentence. How refreshing! 

Get rid of the middle man, extortion and unfair pricing Rescind the gag rule that forbids pharmacists from telling you of cheaper options. (He lumped pharmacy managers into the pool of the wicked! ha ha) 

BigPharma spends more on lobbying than tobacco industry, etc. 208 million per annum (some of these lobbyists are going to find themselves without jobs in the future because they are just influence panderers) 

Flood the market with more over the counter drugs so we have more options. 

Spoke of the unfair practices with nations that receive our drugs for pennies that do not even cover production cost and then American taxpayers pick up the tab. 

He states this is going to end. 

He also declares he will open up other markets to us (India comes to mind). 

POTUS made clear that he cares about Americans health. WE are his focus. How refreshing. 

He also used a term I had never heard: safety net hospitals - that takes the stigma off "charity hospital" for the truly poor Americans. 

But it was "Global Freeloading" that really set me back on my heels.
