Police State in Minneapolis. Got word that 2 Christians (pastor & a former muslim) were arrested at the Mall of America because...a muslim woman became irate they were there. U read that right. Islam’s totalitarianism is now in full force in MN as UTT predicted. More to follow.
Levin wants Zuhdi Jasser to take McCain’s place. Great One, you just lost me in this.
If you were aMuslim, as I was, you would know that Dr Jasser seeks to “reform” Islam, which he knows is factually impossible. How can Mohammed’s word be reformed???

Judge dismisses charges against three NM compound suspects
TAOS COUNTY, N.M. - TAOS COUNTY, N.M. - A judge has dropped the charges against three of the five suspects who were arrested at a compound in northern New Mexico.
District Judge Emilio Chavez made the decision just after noon Wednesday in regards to Lucas Morten, Hujrah Wahhaj, and Subhannah Wahhaj saying the prosecution failed to indict them within ten days of their first appearance in court.

Judge Chavez noted that the state can re-file charges based on new information at a later date.
The suspects were taken into custody during a raid of the compound near Taos in early August and had faced child abuse charges in regards to the 11 children who were found at the compound in dire conditions.

Earlier this month, Judge Sarah Backus denied a motion to detain the five adults saying the state failed to meet the burden of proof showing the suspects were a danger to the community, but the state appealed.

First appearances are also expected to be held today for Siraj Wahhaj and Jany Leveille on newly filed charges of first-degree child abuse resulting in death and second-degree felony conspiracy to commit child abuse.
Wahhaj is accused of abducting his son Abdul Ghani Wahhaj from Georgia. The 3-year-old boy's remains were found at the compound days after the raid.

KOB's Ryan Laughlin is in the courtroom following the developments.

We’re back in court today for the #TaosCompound case. Today the defense will making a motion to dismiss charges while the prosecutors will be appealing the decision to grant release. Live updates here.
Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Jany Leveille still due back in court at 1 p.m. on additional child abuse charges surrounding the death of 3-year-old Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj.

The Five Choices

John Guandolo and his team at Understanding the Threat.
The Diminishing Choices for Americans
Eleven years ago I sat in the FBI Washington Field Office with the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Counterterrorism Division and one other agent. I asked the SAC what she would do when the average American came to a deeper understanding of the Islamic threat than agents in the CT Division, and then those Americans, realizing they were left to fend for themselves, took matters into their own hands.
She froze, turned slightly pale, and told me she never thought about it before. I had…a lot.
Today, America stands at that place.
Al Qaeda financier Abdurahman Alamoudi, in federal prison, was President Clinton’s Islamic Advisor
Al Qaeda financier Abdurahman Alamoudi, in federal prison, created the Muslim Chaplain Program for the Department of Defense
The U.S. Islamic jihadi leadership displays gross animus towards America. Islamic leaders: openly call for jihad against our President; build weapons training camps for children to learn how to kill people in schools and hospitals knowing judges will let them walk; publicly call for the holocaust of all Jews and then feign shock and surprise when their comments make it into the public realm; teach jihad in Islamic elementary schools then sue the county school board if citizens dare protest; and on it goes.
Hillary Clinton’s closest advisor, Huma Abedin, is deeply entrenched in the U.S. jihadi network
