1) Pelosi and her lapdog Democrats did not come up with this on their own. I'm guessing some black person suggested it.

2) Who gives a fuck? This is America. We don't have to concern ourselves with your tribal factions in Africa. Do you know about our various cultures in Kentuckey vs. California vs New Hampshire vs Washington State? Of course you don't. And we wouldn't EVER expect you to know, nor care.
