WATCH: @seanmdav rips into NBC News for their attempt to get Google to demonetize the Federalist:— Daily Caller (@DailyCaller) June 17, 2020

GO READ THE WHOLE THING.Did a little bit of research on this newly-created "NBC Verification Unit" thing. Team members openly market themselves as some kind of private open source intelligence (OSINT) unit. Very strange. Usually a term reserved for private security orgs and state intelligence agencies. pic.twitter.com/YBRqgTtnTh— Jordan Schachtel (@JordanSchachtel) June 16, 2020

I'm surprise Google hasn't gotten around to you yet.
That's actually a little unnerving.
Didn't they force GoV to self-host back in the day?
I know that when I had an active Blogger (Google) blog, I had several folks upset by my content, but Google had an army of lawyers between me and them, and they told me not to worry about it.
When I self-hosted, I had some Russian weapons runner demand I take shit down, and my hosting service (Bluehost) suggested that if I didn't I could be sued.
I am hosted by Reddit now, and I know its only a matter of time before they either quarantine me, or show me the door.
But the proposed legislation would hold google legally responsible for the content in the comment sections of websites they host. If I understand it right .... I haven't really researched it much.
Hell, I don't know. I try not to pay attention to it.
I just figure eventually we will be gotten rid of.
