Yes, They Really Are Coming For All The Statues

Meanwhile the growing "official" list in the UK targets Francis Drake, Admiral Nelson, Captain Cook, and Columbus. Yes, they really are coming for all the statues and all of western history. They don't care about the history or the facts. All they want to do is destroy the past to make way for their totalitarian future.”

Once all the historic statues are destroyed, they’ll attack paintings, demanding that the great art of history be removed from museum walls for its “problematic”, “coded” content, meaning any art that depicts “white culture”. 

Then they’ll come for the comic books, heaping the work of R. Crumb (along with Crumb himself, probably), onto a burning Wendy’s funeral pyre due to his supposed racism and misogyny. 

Then Steve Ditko for his Objectivist comics, then anything that doesn’t have a diverse enough cast of characters, and on and on. It will never stop until civilization itself, along with all individual thought, is burned to ashes.
