Rockland, Maryland: Contact Tracing Fines and Supboenas to Party Goers

At issue is a party in mid-June in the town of Clarkstown where as many as 100 people were exposed to the deadly bug and eight have already tested positive — yet the revelers refuse to assist the county, lohud.com reported Wednesday.
“My staff has been told that a person does not wish to or have to speak to my disease investigators,” county Health Commissioner Patricia Schnabel Ruppert said at a press conference.
“They hang up. They deny being at the party, even though we have found their names from another party attending or a parent provides us with the information. They do not answer their cell phones and do not call back.”
“This must stop,” Ruppert said. “Unfortunately, I am now forced by these circumstances to send subpoenas to the individuals who are required to cooperate with us. Failure to comply will be costly — $2,000 per day.”

Is anybody dead of it? Has anybody at the party filed a complaint against anyone else? Then why doesn't the two-bit tinpot politician back the hell off and see if he can actually find something constructive to do with the time these people are paying him for?

These are the battlefields of the civil war.

It is community acquired now, so there is no real guarantee where a person was exposed. It may have not been the party. It might have been a trip to the grocer, hugging a friend, sex with a midget, hymnal at church, or who is to say you won't get it from the contact tracer?

The penalties are excessive and show that our liberty has been severely eroded in the name of safety.

How does the Gov intend to collect the $2,000 per day from those who have lost their jobs because of lock down?

Back in mid-April, The Clinton Foundation hosted a discussion on the China Virus pandemic response. There are videos of Bill with Cuomo and Newsom discussing contact tracing and using Americorps (Bill Clinton, Co-Chair of Americorps) to create a “National Contact Tracing Corps.”

The contact racing discussion between Clinton and Cuomo starts @14 minute mark in above video.
Clinton states that his friend, Paul Farmer, is developing the Massachusetts contact tracing program. They also discuss the problem of private hospitals versus public hospitals and the need to create a “public health system” for the next pandemic. Cuomo talks about how New York’s numbers will not be as bad as other states (this is mid-April.) That didn’t age well.
I’m not sure I advise watching this. The egos of these two corrupt men and the possible involvement of the Clinton’s in contact tracing is disturbing. Lots of money to be made.
