I am almost absolutely sure this is a screenshot from the CDC page. (The reason I say I am almost absolutely sure is because this is what the charts at the CDC page look like, so I believe the person who posted this information). However, I have, thus far, been unable to find it. If anyone finds it, could you provide me with a link?

For 6% of the deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned. For deaths with conditions or causes in addition to COVID-19, on average, there were 2.6 additional conditions or causes per death.
