Like Victor, but he's fulloshit on Iraq. We had total victory, and would be relatively uncontested til this day, had we just stayed there. Ignorant mfrs got paid to pull us out. Julius Caesar in his Commentarii de bello gallico codified the notion that a conquering army needed to remain at least 8 years [2 generations of 4 years ea.] so that a conquered country would be occupied long enough to remember that it was conquered. If we were there we would be known as the conquerors.
