I was actually out in LA - Sunset Blvd in Hollywood, to be specific - just last weekend with some friends. We went to a Jazz Club to see a Trio. We had a great time. Traffic was fine. There were people out on the street. People were very obviously having a good time.
But I've seen the side of LA she's talking about. And you really don't know when you are going to run across it.
