Iran has successfully tested surface-to-sea missiles with a range of 110 kilometers (68 miles).
The Silkworms have a speed of 290 kilometers per hour and a range of 110 kilometers. They can detect targets from a distance of 15 kilometers and have the capacity to destroy a warship.
On Sunday, Iran commissioned its second domestically-built submarine, a vessel that can fire missiles and torpedoes simultaneously.

From what my military (Navy) buds tell me, the silkworm is not hard to defeat. The sub most likely has the Russian "Missile Torpedo" which has an underwater speed above 500 mph. but can't turn unless it slows down. I don't know how effect it would be, there is lot of discussion about it but nothing on the web about any tests or simulations of defeating one.
I think that our subs would kill any enemy subs pretty quick when the flag goes down. Not counting the our Anti-submarine Helos that seem to do really well in exercises against our own subs.
We will get a chance to find out, but the results may not be released very soon afterward.
