UAC Funds Anti-Sharia Billboard

The United American Committee is funding a new billboard campaign in the Detroit, MI market.

This is great news.

It seems to me those of us who have money ought to donate to this worthy organization.

Having come out of an advertising/marketing background, I would recommend that, in the future, all billboards would include a clean and striking image which shows what Sharia law means. A woman in a burqa would be my recommendation, though I'm sure many would deny that the burqa is stipulated by Sharia.

Tell it to the Saudis, huh?

Pastorius,

Sharia Law Threatens America is an understatement. Its beyond just being a threat to anyone who values human liberty and our God given rights.

I'm guessing the UAC is taking the politically wise route of making sure they do not sound like fanatics.

It is actually unreasonable to not be fanatical in our hatred of Sharia, but until the general population comes to understand what Sharia is all about, this is the right tact in my opinion.

Pastorius,

Problem is how do you get them to understand when those that speak are demonized?
