Thursday Nooner!

My kids were very fortunate where music is concerned. All 3 play multiple instruments and our school district heavily promotes the music program. We have the largest marching band in the county and they are powerful to watch. Symphony orchestra concerts have also always been the same. The 10 year old is now 2 years into her musical journey with this same school district.

I love to watch kids & young adults perform music. The joy on their faces when doing so, when producing sounds that can carry you straight to heaven and back. The huge grins when they receive that standing ovation & know they've earned it.

So, next time your school district wants to cut funding the music or arts programs but leave sports untouched, remember this video. I'm not sure they're high school students but they are definately a young orchestra. And fantastic.
