Very Sick: Hawaii Designates 9/11 "Islam Day"

Maybe it's time for Hawaii to leave the United States. Really. Let them go back to being an occupied territory of the USA.

From Astute Bloggers:

Islamists have just tricked the Hawaii Legislature into celebrating Islam
on September 11.
Hawaii has no Christianity Day, no Judaism Day, and no
Buddhism Day--but Hawaii's Democrat Legislators—with the
loud public support
of Ron
Paul connected
Rep Kym Pine
(R-Ewa)
—passed a resolution to create Islam Day.

By a 22-3 vote the Hawaii Senate May 7 approved House Concurrent
Resolution 100 which designates September 24, 2009 as Islam Day. The State
House had quietly approved the measure without dissent March 17.

Introduced
March 4
as HCR100 by
Reps Faye
Hanohano
(D-Puna), Lyla Berg
(D-Hawai`i Ka`i), and Della Au
Belatti
(D-Makiki) HCR100 proposed Islam Day to be “November 21, 2009, marks
the anniversary of the founding of Islam….” But that was soon amended to HCR100HD1
which intones, “the Prophet Mohammad left his house to migrate to Madinah and
reached Quba in the vicinity of Madinah on the 12th day of Rabi ul-Awwal
according to the lunar calendar, or September 24th according to the Gregorian
calendar, thereby marking the birth of Islam….” (Emphasis added)

This is false. September
24th
is the date of Mohammad’s arrival in Medina according to the old Julian calendar -- which
is 13 days behind the modern Gregorian calendar. The fact that “Gregorian” is
mentioned in the resolution implies that somebody was considering the two
calendars.

Had the Hawaii legislature intended to mark the Julian date September
24 they would have picked the Gregorian date October 7, 2009 for Islam Day. Had
they wished to mark the date celebrated each year by Muslims, that would have
been the “12th day of Rabi ul-Awwal” -- March 9, 2009.

But instead they picked the modern Gregorian date September 24, 2009.
This day corresponds to no holiday in the Islamic calendar. But on the
Julian calendar it is September 11, 2009.

By the way, my apologies in advance to our resident Hawaiian Infidel Grant Jones, but really, fuck Hawaii.

Pastorius,

I told Culturist John about this as well, and it upset him as well, as you might imagine.

Also did you see my response to your "The Jihadists Will Eventually Use Nukes" post?

Pastorius,

Well you got to admit through that at least the Hawaiian legislator didn't do this on purpose.

Yeah, you're right. They didn't do it on purpose.

Damien,
In response to your comment on the other post, I have no idea what we can do about the birthrate. I think instead of focusing on such an issue, we should just put an end to the advocacy of Sharia and Jihad, because we already have the laws on the books to do it.

Laws regarding procreation are necessarily fascistic.

A state whose entire economy relies primarily on tourism will suffer for such offensive stupidity.

My spouse and I were planning (and saving for years) to visit Hawaii for for the very first time on our 30th anniversary next year.

I've completely lost ALL desire to visit the Hawaiian islands.

Not necessarily, not if you can think of a way to peacefully encourage westerners to have more children, without using any corrosion. The problem is how to do that, without encouraging people in the west, who haven't accepted western values to do the same. The law would have to some how target people who embrace western values, and do something special for them, say give their families a tax cut if they have more than one child.

Damien,
Yes, that would be the only solution which is not fascistic.

However, I think that is VERY unlikely to happen.

Really, in my opinion, both the problem of appeasement, and the problem of low birth rates, will both be solved by the same force; a threat to our civilization.

Such a threat will force men to start acting like men again, and then women will want to have families again.

That's the opinion of this caveman anyway.

Aren't Moslems into numerology? If so, they're reveling in this date stuff.
