DOJ Confirms FBI is Reading Miranda Rights to Detainees in Afghanistan
Justice Department spokesman Dean Boyd confirms Steve Hayes's report that the FBI is reading Miranda rights to terrorist suspects in Afghanistan:
“There has been no policy change and nor blanket instruction issued for FBI agents to Mirandize detainees overseas. While there have been specific cases in which FBI agents have Mirandized suspects overseas, at both Bagram and in other situations, in order to preserve the quality of evidence obtained, there has been no overall policy change with respect to detainees.”
We have become the laughing stock of the world in a mere five months...how low can Barack Hussein Obama go???

This is pathetic. They are, at best, prisoners of war. They have no rights in America. We don't even owe them a trial. We could hold them until the war is over.
Oh, wait, Obama said, um. . .
Nevermind
If I remember correctly, during the campaign, Palin made a comment about Obama's policies towards Gitmo detainees saying something like, "What's he going to do, read them their Miranda rights?"
And, Obama and his people replied with disgust saying, "No way do we think terrorists should have the same rights as American citizens. We do not believe we have to read the Miranda rights to Gitmo detainees."
And, here we are four and a half months into his Presidency.
What's the difference between KSM, Osama's Driver, the moron who blew up our embassy in Kenya, and some idiot in Sheboygan who sticks up a 7/11 after his unemployment runs out?
NOTHING.
All people of the world have the rights of american citizens, anywhere, as long as their victims are americans
So listen, Taliban, forget killing Pakis trying to get to the nuclear caliphate, KILL AMERICANS, and people like Lynne Stewart will defend you on the rights Ben Franklin et al apparently made sure everybody everywhere gets
