A 20 year old was arrested last night after a home owner called 911 to report seeing someone trying to open the door to his car and his house. Cops believe it was the same guy that's been going through cars lately and walking into people's houses. Caught after a short chase during which he was throwing things from his pockets -- money, an Ipod, change purse.
If this is the same guy -- and since he lives a few hundred yards from my home I am inclined to think so -- I hope someone tells this young feller how close he came to succumbing to acute lead poisoning the night of June 14.
