All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
When I was on the RR circuit in LA the only cover songs I ever did were "Thank you for lettin be be myself" by Sly Stone and Gimme Shelter by the Stones.
Once again, Shiva, if you would put yourself forward 100 years, I think you would see that the Stones will last better than both the Beatles and Zeppelin.
The first video brings back memories, It is Twickenham Stadium
When I was a kid my grand mother would take me there to watch Rugby
Basically this is the Stones home base, because not far from there is a place called Richmond where the was a pub called Eel Pie Island, where the Stones were more or less the house band. As I grew up not far from there, I was luckily to have seen the stone quite a few time before they hit the big time
Shiva, that is amazing, thank you for you input, I am a life long Stones fanatic...
Have you seen this little movie/commercial Richards did a couple of years back, for Louis Viutton, where he want back to the house where he lived as a kid (now a plant shop i think) and went to the areas where he use to play with his bike and where he met Mick???
Lisa is incredible Pastorius, she has been touring with the Stones since 89.
As for the Stones 100 years from now, there is no doubt whatsover what you assert Jaco, 150% right.

This is my favorite Stones song.
Thank you good sir!
After JJ Flash, mine too...deep music and Lisa really fills in her role well...incredible chemistry between her and Mick!

What is Lisa's last name?
Lisa Fischer
I've never heard of her. What else does she do?
She's an R&B singer. Just posted her biggest number from the early 90's along with another Stones video w/ her doing a James Brown tune.
She has an incredible vocal range, reaches way the hell up to the stratosphere
And, she's real easy on the eyes besides
:)
Oh yea, she is.
And, it doesn't hurt that she looks like she's having an orgasm when she sings.
This is one moment where the Stones are not the Stones but pure magic

Dude, you're OLD
:)
Not as old as Jagger, but like Jagger, young at heart
Shiva,
That explains why you think of them as an R&B band, rather than a rock and roll band.
