In response to the post "Who the fuck am I"
If you are taking the piss out of us Brits who are for the EDL you are way off the mark - stupid as well by writing about white supremacy etc. You will find more about white supremacy in your own country - and a long history of it. All we want is to stop Muslim supremacy for fucks sake.
The purpose of the EDL as I see it is to
(1)wake up the middle classes to islamification of England
(2)force the media to report the issue and so accomplish (1)
(3)make the politicians aware that they had better take notice that they are pissing us off.
You may notice that NONE of the crap that you wrote is included in the above.
What do you think we should do, keep blogging? Roll over like the rest of the dhimmies and let the Muslims take our culture, rich history, freedom, and lives away from us?

I think there IS some conflation of BNP and EDL in our minds over here, but apparently, they EDL has yet to tell us in actions who they really are.
Is their unfavorable coverage similar to what happened here recently on all but Fox in Wash DC?

I'm probably the least qualified person here to try to play referee, but I do hear what you're saying, Ray. It hasn't hit the streets here yet, not really, and we are so big and spread out that relatively few people in the US have seen anything like what you are dealing with over there. Most don't even know about that, either, because our goddam media either ignores it or babbles about "Muslim/right-wing clashes".
Some of us know what's happening because we've been paying attention and we have the luxury to still be able to fight primarily in the area of ideas. But we are all trying to wake people up and every day the damned alarm clock has to get louder and fools keep hitting the snooze button.
Please remember that England and much of Europe is getting to the point where they will be fighting on their own land with large numbers of the enemy. Either that or give it up. Not an option.

I have personally known only a few muslims and all have been decent to me.
I know many Jews and blacks and count scores of them as my friends.
And I have, of course, known many whites. And had uncomfortably close moments with many especially the type that wear the white hoods. I've seen far more White hate speech in my day than I have Wright hate speech. I know racism when it's before me.

You might also note that I have not yet stated my position on the EDL. I put up the videos without comment and let others decide. For which I (& others) get excoriated in statements like I just gave you.

You did not even attempt to show what 99.07% of the demonstrators where doing at the demos, you chose to illustrate what 0.003% where doing.
The same for Babbazee in her post linked too pro - UAF sites and Stormfront so as to smear EDL

Let remind you that the United States waited from 1939, when World War II started in Europe, until 1941, when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, to join that global fray was resentment that loans it had made in the previous war had not been repaid.

What I posted was not for the video/pictures content but for the interview/documentary itself so it could be hashed out. Which you did fine in comments but then went on the fuck the gun toters rant in a post.

FOR THE RECORD, Shiva, I do not believe nor state you (or Ray, for that matter) are Nazis or racists. I do consider you an ally. But I question some of the other groups you may choose to ally with. And at some point those groups may -- MAY -- force you to choose between us and them.
In questioning those groups the videos went up. Open for debate whcih is what I (and Pastorius) wanted/ That's how you started out. A good spirited debate. It's probably fair to say that the EDL movement is being treated by our left wing media the exact same as your left wing media have treated your tea party movement.
You are resisting massive government control and socialisation because that is your priority of the day whereas we are resisting the onslaught of islamofascism because that is our priority of the day.
As I said in an earlier post I'll be at their demo on 14th November in Glasgow so will report back on what happens.
Ray made an important point about guns though in that taking to the streets is the only option we have and it's a useful tactic to force the issue on the Government. The English revolution started in a backwater town as a small street confrontation and snowballed into a civil war because we were basically ready for it and we're in a similar situation right now. The issue is compounded by the fact that we are due a general election next year and the Conservatives are likely to take power yet ideologically there is zero difference between the current incumbents therefore they will offer no solution thus the only solution is out on the streets.
