I'm trying to make sense out of it.
Yeah, what he's saying doesn't make sense.
For one thing, if we take his word verbatim, it sounds like Iran is exporting airplanes to Venezuela.
Five flight a day into Venezuela, only one out.
The thing I'd be most worried about here is that Iran is attempting to turn Venelzuela into a nuclear state.
This is all possible because ABSOLUTELY NO ONE has the least fear that Mr. Obama has the LEAST idea what is actually going on around him.

Chavez should finish his days out in a suburb of Isfahan, and he should be living every moment in fear that is how this all turns out.
