The Bum is Off the Bus
Whatever it was, it took 8 1/2 hours to resolve. One report says the guy may be a "foreign national". When and if there is some half-decent factual reporting on this chinese fire drill you will see it here if I can find it.
John Smolens of Burundi Africa/ Lewiston, Maine was tasered and charged with resisting arrest after police say he refused to obey orders from the SWAT team during the evacuation Thursday. spoke Swahili and broken English. Smolens was frightened and surprised the authorities managed to bring a family member to the situation to translate. WBZTV video report
