What is the POINT of the picture? What IS the point? WHAT is the point? Are these Dark Agers trying to say to us, look, we are modern, we let women drive, we even take their pictures for their drivers licenses. They are easily stupid enough to do that.
Darn, beat me to it. What is the point? Won't every woman look exaclty alike in their photo? How does this help with identification? I'm confused...
