All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
Hi Pastorius. Actually saw the US ambassador on the news Tuesday visiting a Belgium cleaning compagny.Had the story also.Sometimes you wonder about O his motives if it's to bring down the US completely?
U.S. not accepting foreign help on oil spill . . .the State Department emailed reporters identifying the 13 entities that had offered the U.S. oil spill assistance. They were the governments of Canada, Croatia, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Republic of Korea, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United Nations.
In response to Katrina, Bush temporarily waived the Jones Act to enable fuel deliveries in US ports. (MSNBC spin)
Maybe they had the foresight to realize that they needed a real big bad spill in order to justify their shutdown of further deep water drilling? IMO that is the real result of this and the one that actually damages the USA. I'll bet that 95% of all traces of any spill will be gone in a year, but any further erosion of our domestic oil production has serious and far reaching future consequences.
As Will has pointed out to me, one way to look at this is, the Obama Administration has done everything it can to ensure that we are absolutely dependent on Muslim oil.
