Pastorius,

"Seven Latin American Countries Bid to Join Mexico In Suit Against Arizona Immigration Law"

Let's tell them to pound sand. I know for a fact that Mexico has far stricter immigration laws than we do anyway.

California is a beautiful place to live. It is the 7th most powerful economy in the world.

If we wouldn't have stolen it from the Mexicans, it would be Mexico, and then Mexican people would be escaping from the Mexican state of California to go to Oregon.

We should steal the whole of Mexico from the Mexicans. Maybe then, Mexico would have a chance.

Pastorius,

For the most part, Let's leave Mexico alone, and just secure our borders. There's no point in fighting a war with Mexico, Mexico didn't attack us. Besides, than we'd have to force a bunch of people live under our rules who wouldn't want to. It would do more to reinforce the notions of that racist Latino woman in the video than it would to help us, and it would make it harder for people to take us seriously, since it would go so much against our ideals.

Can the United States sue Latin America for not controlling the drug cartels such that those cartels spill over into the United States?

Damien,
Think about how much oil and other natural resources they have.

All we get from that country is grief. We ought to be able to get something worthwhile in return.

But, that country could take a pile of gold and turn it into a pestilent piece of shit, so the only way we're going to get anything out of Mexico is if we take the country and do it ourselves.

You may not like what I'm saying, but it is logical, isn't it?

The Mexican people would be better off. After all, Mexico would be America.

The only people who would not be better off would be the people who make up the entrenched oligarchy of Mexico.

Read about James K. Polk, Damien.

AOW,

You mean, sue them for being a failed state?

;-)

Pastorius,

Its not a matter of me liking or disliking what you are saying. It would be wrong for us to invade a sovereign nation that is not a threat to us militarily and has not attacked us in anyway. We do already have an enemy, and it is an enemy we have in common with Mexico. In fact it is an enemy we have in common with not only the entire western, but the entire non Islamic world. Jihadist would just love to destroy the United States, and subjugate us to an Islamic Theocracy, and if they could do the same to Mexico, that would just be a bonus for them.

I'm buying more ammo.

To be fair, before she started saying, "Go back to Europe, etc." someone told her to go back to her country. I think she was reacting out of anger and hurt. Pretty childishly. But the person who said that cast the first stone.

At another point, later in the video, someone tells her to "go wash some dishes."

This kind of behavior is mean-spirited and beneath us, and detracts from our message, which is stop illegal immigration and secure our borders. We have right on our side. The folks making these remarks just handed ammo to those who would characterize our position as "racist."

Damien said...

Rachel,

Even if that's so, does that excuse her behavior through? No it does not, and she clearly sounded like a racist regardless.

Rachel,
I don't hear what you say. Could you give me the time marks in the video when those words are spoken, so I can listen at those times specifically?
