Arab League Now Critical Of The West's Military Action Against Gadaffi

Could we not see THIS coming?

The tribal mentality as Muslims continue along the mindset of us (non-Muslims) vs. them (Muslims):
The Arab League chief said on Sunday that Arabs did not want military strikes by Western powers that hit civilians when the League called for a no-fly zone over Libya.

In comments carried by Egypt’s official state news agency, Secretary-General Amr Moussa also said he was calling for an emergency Arab League meeting to discuss the situation in the Arab world and particularly Libya.

“What is happening in Libya differs from the aim of imposing a no-fly zone, and what we want is the protection of civilians and not the bombardment of more civilians,” he said.
Now, how is Obama doing to smooth this one over?

Defense Secretary Robert Gates did try to warn of the issues resulting from a no-fly zone:
Defense Secretary Robert Gates warned Wednesday that a no-fly zone in Libya may not be the best solution, saying it would require “a big operation in a big country.” “Let’s just call a spade a spade,” Gates said. “A no-fly zone begins with an attack on Libya to destroy the air defenses. That’s what you do in a no-fly zone.”...

Yeah, I just saw that, and yes, anyone with a brain knew this would happen.

It is past time for us to leave these duplicitous people alone.

Silverfiddle,
The West is being played by the Arab League.

If the Arab League wants Gadaffi out, let them do it.

Amen, Sister. We've sold them fighter jets and armaments, are they for show or for go?
