“Obama is thoroughly mixed up with all these things he’s got," Fox said, adding: "He’s got to solve Libya. He’s got to solve Afghanistan. He’s everywhere. And this nation, I don’t know why it’s not showing the leadership and capacity to attend different issues at the same time.”

Because the man IS NOT UP TO THE JOB.
I don't know, if like J Carter, he cannot delegate, if he is just a campaigner, a figurehead, or he finds the decisions which are compulsory to simply be too unsavory, impossible for a true believing socialist to find social justice in, or he simply DOES NOT LIKE THE JOB, but it is clear he is best as bashing the ideas to his right as somewhat to completely evil, and terrible at almost everything else.
I think he is sorry he jumped the shark on advice of his pals.
I think he doesn't like the bare minimum of decision making he has committed. I think he likes the stuff around the job, but HATES THE DAILY GRIND OF TRULY HARD DECISION MAKING.
What he senses is that his underlying world view doesn't work, and that's why it's all blowing up in his face. But he cannot self admit.
Literally.
That's a model for permanent reset mode.

Vincente Fox could not be surprised. My opinion is, Vincente Fox is a smart man, a sophisticated man, a man who works for the good of his people. Even the problems brewing in Mexico are the result of the strength and resolve of Vincente Fox and his refusal to leave things the way they were when he came into office.
A man like Fox has to know exactly what is wrong with Obama. He's just too smart to say it in public.
I think it's really simple.
Obama's a slacker. He wants the paycheck but doesn't want to work.
