There is an even simpler solution. Just give the whole of the Sinai peninsula to the Coptic Christians of Egypt as their homeland. The aid that the U.S. is giving Egypt- 2 billion should be diverted to the Copts. This will help them to build their country. The Sinai and Gaza must be Muslim free just as Egypt will be Christian free.
