Austrian Judge: Europe Will Be the Battlefield for New Religious Wars

There is an astonishing article about Islam in "Kriminalpolizei", an Austrian magazine for professionals from various branches involved in dealing with criminality: police, judges, academics, etc. It is written by Alfred Ellinger, founder of the "Vereinigung österreichischer Kriminalisten" [Association of Austrian Criminologists], which publishes the magazine. Ellinger is also a criminal judge and vice-president of the Eisenstadt Regional Court.  

Titled "Between Dialogue and Jihad", the article goes over the doctrines and history of Islam with unusual candour. It concludes with a resounding wake-up call for Europe.Let us indulge in no illusions. 

Europe will be the battlefield for a major struggle between the order of Islam and its enemies. 40% of the population in Arab countries is under 14 years of age. 15 million Muslims are already living in Europe today and the ageing of Europe is unmissable.

The Muslim threat was beaten back in Castile, Southern France and, finally, in front of Vienna. But today the border between Europe and the Islamic world is porous, and the threat to Europe is clear. ... 

If Europe does not very quickly abandon its utterly failed immigration policy, the vision of a "multicultural society" and a misguided tolerance in dealing with hate-filled Islamists, the constantly repeated calls for "dialogue" and "tolerance" will lead to undreamt-of problems and new politically-motivated wars of religion in our cities.

You're Kidding Me?Loaded Guns On Planes “Not A TSA Issue”

 
If this is not a TSA issue, then I guess we should all pack heat next time we fly. That way we can protect ourselves.

In the latest scandal to rock the perpetually inept Transportation Security Administration (TSA), a loaded gun slipped through “security” at a major U.S. airport and the agency claims there was no system breakdown because it was not its duty to intercept the weapon.This may lead Americans to wonder who is responsible for securing the nation’s transportation system.  

After all, Congress created the monstrous TSA, with 50,000 employees, to protect mainly aviation after the 2001 terrorist attacks. In the name of security, travelers go through a circus-like routine that includes invasive pat-downs, body scanners, removing shoes and giving up liquids to board a plane.

Packing a loaded weapon into a checked bag is another story. It happened over the weekend at Los Angeles International Airport while TSA agents napped through the process.  

The loaded .38-caliber handgun was subsequently discovered by airport ramp employees when it fell out of a duffel bag as they were about to load it, according to California’s largest newspaper.Here is where it gets really good. 

TSA officials claim they are not required to screen for loaded weapons in checked luggage and an agency spokesman played if off as an “issue” for someone else to deal with.

Here is the direct quote from the TSA official published in the paper’s follow-up story on the incident: “It may be an issue for some agency or the airline, but it's not a TSA issue. Our mandate is to screen baggage for explosives."

Inevitably, this has ignited fury among local police and lawmakers since it’s illegal to transport a loaded or unloaded gun in an airplane without properly declaring it. Rules and regulations for the transportation of firearms and the penalties for violating them are even posted on the TSA’s website. “These regulations are strictly enforced,” the TSA asserts on its website.

“Violations can result in criminal prosecution and civil penalties of up to $10,000 per violation.”But who is strictly enforcing the regulations? A congresswoman, who represents Los Angeles and sits on the House Committee on Homeland Security and the Subcommittee on Counterterrorism and Intelligence, is demanding answers. In a letter to Administrator John S. Pistole, Congresswoman Janice Hahn asks “if TSA is not enforcing its own regulations about loaded firearms in luggage, who is?”

Hahn also mentions how “troubling” it is that ten years after the September 11 terrorist attacks, an undeclared, unsecured and loaded firearm escaped detection in baggage screening.These sorts of lapses are par for the course for the TSA, which has virtually unlimited resources and unconditional support from Congress and the White House.

The agency has made headlines over the years for guns and bombs regularly getting past screeners during random tests at major airports, failing to meet federal standards by not screening cargo and passengers on hundreds of thousands of planes that fly over the U.S. annually and approving background checks for a dozen illegal immigrants working in sensitive areas of a busy U.S. airport.

A few months ago a federal report blasted a $212 million TSA screening program, known as Passenger by Observation Techniques (SPOT), that promised to detect terrorists at U.S. airports. Instead the TSA’s highly specialized Behavior Detection Officers failed to stop terrorists from boarding planes on at least 23 occasions, according to congressional investigators who conducted the probe.

Really? What a shock! Just because you have been taken advantage of doesn’t mean you have the right idea to fix it.

The Glass Steagall Act, first broken apart by J Carter when he decided the protection placed on the banks - preventing far more chancy loans in geographically, statistically proven areas, known as REDLINING, should NEVER have been touched.

The too big to fail institutions, each and every one, needs to be broken apart. Commissions based on financial products which takes years to be paid out, such as mortgage securities, must take that long to pay out commissions, thus vesting the sales people in sound transactions, and SOUND PRODUCTS.

It’s actually NOT rocket science.

OWS is DESTRUCTIVE. OWS has no clear objective. OWS is being euchred by the very forces who were charged with safeguarding the public in order to get elected again, UNTOUCHED.

The sooner these people are swept away, and in the northeast this appears now to be a divine intervention sometime tonight, the better for the nation.

HAMAS praises Israel’s Strength? Check your wallet, but what’s that overheard in Qom?

JERUSALEM — A senior Hamas official praised the “strength” Israelshowed in a prisoner exchange that swapped more than 1,000 Palestinian convicts for one captured Israeli soldier.

“To do what Israel did shows the value Israeli society places on human life,” Salah al-Arouri, a member of the Islamist militant group’s politburo, said this week on Israel Radio from Damascus, Syria.

“This is a pillar of Israel’s strength — to wage a war to free one man, to free a thousand prisoners for him,” he said, referring to the Jewish state’s efforts to free Staff Sgt. Gilad Schalit from his Hamas captors. “This is the strength of a society and an army.”• Israel Channel Two television quoted columnist K. al-Ahmed, writing in the al-Qabas newspaper in Kuwait, as saying: “I wish I were Gilad Schalit; I wish my country cared so much about me.”• Syrian blogger Soori Madsoos posted online: “I just envy [the Israeli] government because it cares for its citizens. Our government kills us like animals and our Arab neighbors say it’s just an internal matter.”

Mr. al-Arouri’s surprising interview marked the first time a Hamasofficial had agreed to talk with Israeli media. Hamas is dedicated to Israel’s destruction.

Israel Radio interviewer Gal Berger explained to listeners that Mr. al-Arouri, who spoke perfect Hebrew, had spent years in Israeli prisons for terrorist activities, is familiar with Israelis and is at ease speaking with them.

“As someone from the outside, as an enemy, I would prefer that Israelabandon that value, even at the cost of not freeing our prisoners,” Mr. al-Arouri said in Hebrew.

Of course this guy was a negotiator for HAMAS, and was thus in contact with Israelis continuously over this, spent years in Israel jails for terrorism, and speaks Hebrew fluently.

But whether this is Stockholm Syndrome in reverse, taqqiya, and if this guy is never heard from again, it’s an interesting moment, especially since….

JERUSALEM — Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s decision to execute a 1,000-for-1 prisoner exchange last week despite his frequently voiced opposition to such lopsided deals is seen by several Israeli military commentators as an effort to “clear the deck” before possibly undertaking an attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities.

Amir Oren, the veteran military analyst for Ha’aretz newspaper, took note of Israel’s exchanging 1,027 Palestinian convicts for army Staff Sgt. Gilad Schalit, who had been captured by Hamas in 2006. Mr. Orenwrote that the price paid by Mr. Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak “can be interpreted only in a context that goes beyond that of the Gilad Schalit deal.”

He noted that Israeli leaders in the past have shown a readiness to absorb “a small loss” in order to attain a greater success, generally involving “some sort of military adventure.”

Mr. Oren also noted that, until recently, Mr. Netanyahu had faced opposition to attacking Iran from Army Chief of Staff Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi and Mossad intelligence chief Meir Dagan. Both retired earlier this year and have been replaced by men believed to hold a different view on Iran.

Specifically, that one of her own appointees, Mohamed Elibiary, is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood. Jihad Watch, Atlas Shrugs, and even The Jawa Report warned about this man as far back as 2004.

Had the Department of Homeland Security ran a simple Google search on his name, they would have seen the danger in appointing this man any security clearance within the department.

At a hearing on October 26, 2011 - just two days ago, Napolitano feigns ignorance at Elibiary's radical ties:



Added: In 2004, Elibiary was one of the speakers at a conference to honor Ayatollah Khomeini as a "great Islamic visionary." For those of you who don't know, Khomeini issued a fatwa that included the following:

"A man can marry a girl younger than nine years of age, even if the girl is still a baby being breastfed. A man, however is prohibited from having intercourse with a girl younger than nine, other sexual acts such as foreplay, rubbing, kissing and sodomy is allowed. A man having intercourse with a girl younger than nine years of age has not committed a crime, but only an infraction, if the girl is not permanently damaged. If the girl, however, is permanently damaged, the man must provide for her all her life. But this girl will not count as one of the man's four permanent wives. He also is not permitted to marry the girl's sister."

Ace of Spades On The Audacious Greed Of The OWS Mob

People are filled with vanity. Vanity defines people. People tell themselves pretty lies, to convince themselves they're superior to other people.
Case in point: The first guy's contention that "There is a thing called greed." He offers this as an insult to Peter Schiff. Later another guy gets into the "greed" thing too.

Both of these men seem to claim themselves to be virtuous, claiming they only want "simple things." Simple, materialistic things.

Here's a question for these guys:

When I work -- when I work, sporadic though that is lately -- I do so primarily for money.

Why do you guys work? (I mean, "you guys" as in "the guys in this video."

Altruism? You just show up for your jobs, and would do so, whether paid or not, because you're dedicated to doing work on behalf of others?

Hmmm... I sort of doubt that. I think you guys (again, the guys in this video) are working for the same reason as Peter Schiff: Money. Which is, in turn, simply a convenient unit of exchange for the most precious commodity in the world: Time.

When you buy a loaf of bread, you are giving up some of your time, in the convenient unit of exchange called money, by which you were paid for your time, for someone else's time.

This is why virtually everybody works. (Except for that blessed, tiny cadre of people who literally love their jobs and do their jobs almost entirely because they so enjoy it.)

So, these guys work for themselves. When they are compensated for the time they spend at work, they put that money into their pockets, and spend it on themselves (or their families).

And yet the self-deluded, entitled OWS crowd are absolutely insistent on the idea that other peopleshould spend large amounts of time working for the benefit of the OWS parasites.

Imagine walking up to any of these people on the street and ordering them: Come back to my house and clean my gutters, for free, because I want you to dedicate your time towards making my life easier.
Can you imagine the shock? The outrage?

And yet here at OWS these miscreants proudly proclaim that's what they want others to do. They want the productive people in society to mark off blocks of hours, days, and weeks to use their time working for their own selfish ends.

How many hours of our time -- we, who work -- do you who do not work think you are owed per week? How many hours per month do you believe we should dedicate towards supporting you?

James O'Keefe Scores Another Hit - On the New York Times, Jay Rosen, and Clay Shirky

Rosen and Shirkey are professors of journalism at New York University. O'Keefe made what appears to be an undercover video of a classroom setting. Rosen and Shirky are openly discussing the New York Times strategy to legitimize President Obama during the 2008 campaign, their strategy to help Occupy Wall Street, tax loopholes for NPR, their unwillingness to cover Michelle Bachmann, and a strategy to generate revenue for the Times that involves disparaging conservatives.

The most striking thing about this is the lack of any ethical consideration whatsoever. And the hubris.

GOP Would Curb Freedom of Speech, Religion : MICHELLE OBAMA

In a chilling appraisal of President Obama’s Republican opposition, First Lady Michelle Obama Thursday suggested a Republican victory in the 2012 presidential election would result in curbs on freedom of speech and religion.

Speaking at a fundraiser at a private residence in Tampa, Mrs. Obama noted the power of the president to appoint members of the Supreme Court.

She clearly indicated that a Republican would select justices who would attack basic First Amendment rights, saying, “that’s what’s at stake” in the election.

Let’s not forget about what it meant when my husband appointed those two brilliant Supreme Court justices — (applause) — and for the first time in history, our daughters — and our sons — watched three women take their seats on our nation’s highest court. (Applause.) But more importantly, let’s not forget the impact those decisions will have on our lives for decades to come — on our privacy and security, on whether we can speak freely, worship openly, and love whomever we choose. That is what’s at stake here. (Applause.)

Mrs. Obama’s contention that Republican justices would curtail people’s abilities to “love whomever we choose” appears to suggest Republicans would go beyond opposition to gay marriage and move to limit gay relationships. President Obama himself claims he opposes gay marriage, so her suggestion that Republican-selected justices would jeopardize the ability to “love whomever we choose” cannot possibly refer to gay marriage.

As she has previously, Michelle also posits racism on the part of Republicans, indicating their policies would lead to discrimination against children based on “what they look like.”

Will we be a country where opportunity is limited to just the few at the top? Who are we? Or will we give every child a chance to succeed no matter where they’re from, or what they look like or how much money their parents are — have. Who are we?

Last time I checked the leading contender for the Republican nomination - he looked like this.

Herman Cain was born in Memphis, Tennessee, to Lenora Caine (née Davis), a cleaning woman and domestic worker, and Luther Cain, Jr., who was raised on a farm and worked as a barber and janitor, as well as a chauffeur for Coca-Cola president Robert Woodruff. Cain has said that as he was growing up, his family was “poor” but “happy”. Cain related that his mother taught him about her belief that “success was not a function of what you start out with materially, but what you start out with spiritually”. His father worked three jobs to own his own home — something he achieved during Cain’s childhood — and to see his two sons graduate.

Yet Michelle Obama, her husband, their supporters continue to accuse the Republicans of PRECISELY what they do.

They are blatant, and unconscionable liars.

WHY?
