All shooters. All mentally imbalanced to one degree or another for one reason or another. Alcohol. Drugs. Football injuries. A "gun and violence" culture. Bad parenting. Making the shooter eat all his veggies when he was little and wash behind his ears.

Whatthefuckever.

Yet the media wants to blame the guns for the violence and find away to use the reasons for their imbalance as an excuse for their actions.

No one forced these people to shoot. No one put the gun in their hands. The gun didn't jump there itself.

So why not blame the person who made the decision to shoot and ban them. Ban the mentally imbalanced.

That's crazy you say? Any crazier than blaming and banning an inanimate object?

Lay the blame where it belongs and stop making excuses for them.

You know, there's another name missing from this list. Who held a gun and decided to shoot. But you NEVER hear about that person when these things happen. NEVER hear about that shooting.

Because that story doesn't fit the media narrative.

Because that person wasn't mentally imbalanced when she choose to shoot.

Maybe the media on both sides should just shut the fuck up already.

And stop making excuses.

The blame lays not with the weapon, but with the hand that holds it, and the decision made to use it.

For whatever fucking reason they had.
