THE DE-FUNDING FIGHT IS ADMIRABLE, BUT IT'S A POLITICAL TRAP.
INSTEAD, REPEAL EVERY SINGLE DANG WAIVER.
THE WAIVERS ARE INDEFENSIBLE, AND REPEALING THEM IS NOT ONLY THE RIGHT THING TO DO - IT'S A FIGHT WE CANNOT LOSE, POLITICALLY.
AND WHEN ALL OF OBAMA'S CRONIES AND COMRADES ARE - LIKE THE REST OF US - SUBJECT TO THIS AWFUL LAW, REPEAL WILL BE MORE LIKELY THAN EVER.

And while your at it defund all the executive branch "czars". Either your a confirmed appointment or a legitimate civil servant. The constitution does not provide for anything else.
Waivers are granted by executive action, not congress. Congress ceded it's authority at the moment the law passed as executive boards now extend their own authorities UNDER the rubric passed in 2009 under the ACA. We either DUMP the structure or watch it create 2 societies.
