Dept of Justice filing, 2010 regarding
employer provided insurance
, long before Obama POSTPONED the mandate for larger employers to comply with Ocare.
The DOJ cites the June 17, 2010, edition of the Federal Register, which acknowledges that within the first year of Obamacare’s employer mandate, the insurance plans offered by many employers will be canceled because their policies will not be grandfathered under the administration’s regulations. ”The Departments’ mid-range estimate is that 66 percent of small-employer plans and 45 percent of large-employer plans will relinquish their grandfather status by the end of 2013,” the Register says. “The low-end estimates are for 49 percent and 34 percent of small and large-employer plans, respectively, to have relinquished grandfather status, and the high-end estimates are 80 percent and 64 percent, respectively.”
Any questions??
Yesterday Kirsten Gillbrand said THEY ALL KNEW in as many words about the cancellations coming. Now I am one who strives very hard not to be paranoid. I don’t like conspiracy theories. I don’t like convoluted explanations.
But a THEOREM of life is that when you finally accept you MAY BE paranoid about something, the problem is usually that you are not being paranoid enough.
How is it possible, HOW, not to suspect that the ENTIRE democratic party is in on a hidden agenda? A choate/inchoate operation to fundamentally transform the USA into a place those who invent, risk, strive, produce, and DO build their road (as we did here in Maine, btw), will not recognize, nor shortly thereafter feel affinity for, or loyalty to.
Those people will be banking in the Caymans and Zurich, and not even file patents here.
Why is this end not clear to those who demand EQUAL OUTCOME, except for themselves?
