The Unmarked, Matte-Gray Crown Vic

I almost got hit by one of these unmarked Crown Vic's as I was driving through a green light at 5:30 AM, about three months back.

The unmarked Crown Vic (which I do not know for a fact to have been a police car) drove, at a high rate of speed, through a red light, and came within five feet of hitting my car, and perhaps killing me and my passenger.

Given the fact that I have no idea whether the car was, in fact, a Police Car, I have no recourse to the law, no way to appeal, or file a report.

That is as good a reason as any to NOT have such vehicles on the street.
