Update: Military.com: Authorities Lift West Point Lockdown
The U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y. lifted a lockdown Monday morning after a reported suspicious vehicle on the installation was identified as not being a threat, a spokesman for the school told Fox News.

FBI put out multiple images of the suspect so there is no telling which image the 'concerned citizen' was referring to. I personally witnessed two individuals that could pass for the shot/apprehended suspect earlier last week. Seeing the facial grooming style of the perp on locals always raises the fine hairs on the back of my neck.
