John McCain Says, "The Facts Are There" to Support The Accusation That Russia Hacked Our Election - OK, WHERE ARE THE FACTS?

McCain called for a select committee to further investigate the extent of Russia’s influence and intentions. 

“I would like in an ideal world to have a select committee,” he said, adding that he would hope such a committee would be made up of leaders on the Senate Intelligence Committee, Foreign Relations Committee and Armed Services Committee. 

In the meantime, McCain said, senators are putting together a plan to investigate the issue through a subcommittee on the Senate Armed Services Committee -- and that he’s “confident” it will be handled on a bipartisan basis. 

“We’ll go to work on it, we’ll go to work immediately because the issue of cyber is not a static issue,” he said. “...You can’t make this issue partisan, it’s just -- it’s too important. A fundamental of a democracy is a free and fair election.” 

McCain also said he’s concerned about Mr. Trump’s posture toward Russia and Russian President Vladimir Putin, reminding the public that Putin is not someone to be underestimated. 

“Vladimir Putin is a thug and a murderer and a killer and a KGB agent,” he said. “...Let’s call Vladimir Putin for what he is. Does that mean you don’t deal with him or talk to him? Of course you talk to him. But you do it the way that Ronald Reagan did, and that’s from a position of strength.” 

McCain said he hopes Mr. Trump takes the advice of people like his appointee for the Defense Department, retired Gen. James Mattis, on how to deal with Russia.

There are so many things wrong with McCain's statements, I almost don't know where to begin.

First, Trump knows who Putin is. That's exactly why he did appoint someone like Mattis to his cabinet, McCain. If you, McCain, were President, you'd probably appoint some Republican version of Back Obama to be your Defense Sec.

Second, Trump has be relentless in his criticism of Obama's pansy-asssed relationship with Putin. The only reason Trump would be so relentless is exactly because he plans on not be an pansy-assed pussy like Obama. Or, like you would be you stupid faggot, McCain.

Third, WHERE ARE THE FACTS TO BACK UP THE ASSERTION THAT PUTIN "RUSSIANS HACKED THE U.S. ELECTION"?

The answer, McCain is, YOU DON'T HAVE A SINGLE FACT. And the reason you don't have any is because you get your information from the CIA and they have admitted they don't have any facts.

Now, I admit, I had not paid much attention to this CIA report - that Russian hackers influenced the US election. Not until today.

I read a little bit about the initial report and saw that the CIA was not alleging hacking, but was simply saying that "Russians" had hacked the DNC and helped Assange get the information that Wikileaks released on Hillary.

This had already been stated before, and Assange had denied it, saying the information Wikileaks received and disseminated was not from Hacks, but were, instead, emails were from whistleblowers who released the information from within the DNC, and the government. 

The only reason I can think of that people within Hillary's own organization would release information on said organizations dealings is because they think there is something wrong with the way the DNC does business.

Indeed, the Wikileaks releases proved that to be true.

AND, there has been no attempt by those hacked to deny the truth of the Wikileaks releases.

Now the CIA is alleging hacking? But they are not alleging hacking by the Russian government. And they are not alleging that the voting process itself was hacked.

Instead, the CIA is saying, merely, that "Russians" hacked into the DNC and provided the information that Wikileaks released.

Or, actually, I don't think the CIA is even being that specific about it. I don't think the CIA has released any specifics about what they believe to have happened. And that makes me suspicious that the CIA may not even have any credible evidence.

So, why bother releasing a statement which only goes to undermine faith in the electoral process WHILE WE ARE STILL IN THE PROCESS OF THE TRANSITION OF POWER?

WHY?

Does this seem reasonable to you? Does it seem like the behavior of a non-partisan CIA?

As you probably know Obama issued an order that he get a "full report" before he leaves office. And now McCain and Graham are demanding an investigation focusing on the idea of hacking. Alright, so what is going on?

Do Graham and McCain misunderstand, are they trying to get this settled so we can get on with business, or are they just doing this to delegitimize Trump?
