UPDATED AND BUMPED - Trump's Pick for Secretary of Labor is a Male Cunt, and He Should Be Fired Immediately

I have absolutely NO PATIENCE FOR THIS SHIT.

From National Review:
Trump’s pick for Labor secretary is perhaps the worst person imaginable for that role: Andrew Puzder, CEO of CKE Restaurants, the parent company of fast-food chains Carl’s Jr., Hardee’s, and others. He is one of the nation’s most outspoken business voices for Gang of Eight-style immigration policies. He didn’t just sign an open letter once as a favor to a friend; he’s been a high-profile champion of amnesty and huge increases in immigration and guestworkers. This op-ed in Politico, timed to coincide with the launch of the Gang of Eight effort in 2013, could have been written by Jeb Bush. Here he is at AEI in 2013 making the case for importing more low-skilled workers. Here he joins with the Bloomberg-Murdoch Billionaires for Open Borders outfit and Grover Norquist in an effort to “push 2016 presidential candidates and congressional Republican leaders to support immigration reform this year.” There’s plenty more.
GO READ THE WHOLE THING.

UPDATE:

RightScoop: For all those worried about Andy Puzder on immigration…

re: "... quotes are a bit concerning, so I decided to dig more and found that in 2015 Puzder wrote an article in the WSJ laying out a set of ‘rational principles’ that he believed Republicans could unite around on immigration. And for the most part, I don’t find them to be all that objectionable. "
....—the federal government must secure the borders as a first step to reform."...."The federal government must enforce our laws internally, penalizing those who overstay their visas, and implementing a universal verification system so employers can be sure they are hiring employees legally."...." every candidate should support a path to legal status—short of citizenship—for illegal immigrants willing to accept responsibility for their actions and take the consequences."...."Every option should be on the table, except amnesty, which forgives illegal conduct It isn’t amnesty if immigrants admit wrongdoing and accept punishment.

So he supports securing the border as a first step to immigration reform and calls for the illegal population to be given a path to legal status that excludes citizenship – if they are “willing to accept responsibility for their actions and take the consequences.”

----

PASTORIUS CUTTING IN: Ok, so then is the above article from Mark Krikorian at National Review, just another example of National Review being traitors to the Conservative cause, and attempting to attack Trump even now that he is President?

Hmm.

UPDATE II -

#NeverPuzder Trending Among Trump Supporters

The Labor Department plays a central role in either enforcing or ignoring the weak worker-protection rules that protect Americans from imported illegal workers and from legally imported H-2B and H-1B guest-workers. But Puzder is also a strong supporter of increased immigration, which provides his companies with a fresh supply of cheap workers — plus additional customers. In 2013, he supported the proposed “Comprehensive Immigration Reform” bill which would have provided companies with more white-collar H-1B guest-workers, plus more than thirty million new workers and customers by 2023. Puzder also supported Gov. Jeb Bush and Sen. Marco Rubio, both of whom were defeated by Trump during the campaign, as he promised to curb low-wage competition from imported workers.
We have NO ROOM, NO TOLERANCE for anymore Open Borders advocates.

And so, this is a real concern.

HOWEVER, one of the other primary attackers of Puzder is David Frum:

DAVID FRUM HATES TRUMP:

David Frum: Every Minute That You Are Not Talking About Trump's Financial Corruption Is A Minute You Are Wasting

ARE THERE ANY SERIOUS REAL CONSERVATIVES WHO HATE PUZDER?

Is this the beginning of compromising?

Trump chose this man because he understands the regulatory blues of the business industry and believes we are too regulated. I believe Trump chooses men who hold a master key to one of his key issues. This man will not address immigration. He will address the regulatory branch.

In all honesty, there is so much spin that if Trump proposed Mary the mother of Jesus to lead an abstinence campaign, media would cast her as the whore of Babylon.

I just don't trust some of the narratives.

How do you know he won't address immigration? I don't think you know that. You HOPE that.

I hope it too. But I don't like that a person is in there who sided with Gang of Eight, especially on the H1B issue. Terrible. Those people are fucking traitors.

I'm in no mood to watch immigration go on as it has been. Illegal immigration MUST STOP.

That's why we elected Trump.

If you think the people are angry now, just wait until someone else fucking betrays us. If Trump betrays us, he is up shit creek.

No more lies.

Yes.

I dunno. I just think Trump hires talent and the men and women who serve at his behest will fall under his authority regarding policies. Time will tell.

Pasto,
I'm in that same mood.

One of the major reasons that Trump was elected is that he promised to do something drastic about illegal immigration. HE MUST FOLLOW THROUGH!

He had better.

And he can bet his ass that to the degree people have hope because of him, they will have hatred FOR him if he doesn't do exactly what he said he is going to do.

If ever there was a commander in chief with a polished record of successful authority - it's Trump. His signature of evaluating success or failure in a candidate? "You're fired"

That he did. And that certainly ingratiates him to me.

I noticed you spelled his name the correct way, Epa.
