He is just fulfilling another of his promises made in one of the early presidential debates. He talked about how companies are paid to recruit and "bundle" the applicants.
Senator Marco Rubio opposed him on his views during that debate.
Again - he is merely fulfilling a promise.
Sure.
AND to have a politician actually carry through on their promises is a big, big deal.
