I am pretty pissed off right now, because if one goes by the questioning of the 9th Circuit panel the other evening, and a politicized court system crushes the (IMO – LEGAL) EO, then a 4-4 vote in SCOTUS upholds this and we are back to square 1 with with a congress that cannot act.
I blame everyone on both sides, but especially noxious in this fiasco is the idea that a company, a university a state or a judge a MAKE FOREIGN POLICY, and turn the Constitution into a self administered overdose of Fentanyl.
Consider that precedent.
Seriously.
MSFT and U Washington go to the state and say ‘help us, we are your citizens’
State sues the federal govt based on immediate harm
Judge stops the federal govt. on a foreign policy issue.
Now, how about that trade war with China?
