Authorities question witness who may have filmed police shooting of Justine Damond in Minnesota

From the Daily News:
A witness to an officer-involved shooting in Minneapolis that left an Australian woman dead spoke to investigators about the incident.
Sources close to the investigation told the Star Tribune the witness filmed portions of the fatal encounter.
The witness, who was spotted bicycling in the area immediately before the shooting, “has been cooperative” and sat down with authorities for questioning on Friday, according to a press release from the BCA.
The witness also stayed and watched as officers attempted to administer medical assistance to Damond.

The mayor needs to resign too. That is the way I see it. She is ultimately responsible for chain of commands under her authority.
