It’s actually UNBELIEVABLE- the Republicans STILL don’t get it

NYT:

Trent Lott, a former Senate Republican leader, was blunt: “Every Republican senator had better get prepared for a challenge from the far right.”

The position that there is a single political entity in Washington, that this entity consists of Wall St Democrats, and Corporate, Chamber of Commerce Republicans which thinks IT knows better than ignorant voters, and thinks IT had better act in that fashion, for what IT regards as the national interest(but is their own), is ANYTHING but a position of the far right.
