At 2:27 a Mandalay Bay Marquee is visible across the street from where she has her vehicle and is apparently near the portico of the hotel entrance. At 4:59 in this video, as she leaves the entrance to the Mandalay Bay, she videotapes what appears to be muzzle flashes which coincide with the sound of live fire just a few floors above...not 20 some odd stories above.
All Ammonium Nitrate sold after Oklahoma City bombing is micro-tagged with what is called Tagnents. They put tiny particles in each batch of fertilizer, which doesn't affect it's function, that has a lot number.
With the lot number, even if they don't have the bag it came in, they can track where the fertilizer was made, where it was shipped, and possible even who it was sold to.
