The Florida shooter – believed to have links to a far-right group – also used the easily-available weapon to murder 17 people on Wednesday. An ISIS propaganda poster released on the net on Tuesday urged followers to:
'Select a high place. Therefore you will have a great angle of vision to direct shots.'
The poster declared the gun the 'weapon of choice' for 'festivals and large gatherings'.
It carried the message 'kill them all' in both English and Arabic text.And then there's this:
Deputies cut back on teen arrests
From the pulpit of Mount Bethel Baptist, Broward Sheriff Scott Israel preached a short message last Sunday that the congregants hadn't heard before: We're going to stop arresting so many teenagers in this county.
"We have to measure our success by the amount of kids we keep out of jail, not the amount of kids we put in jail," Israel said, and the congregation broke into applause. "We can't let one speed bump or one hiccup in life preclude them from getting a job."
