That nurse is a MD, apparently. She says Chloroquine doesn't work.
That's hard to believe, given that everyone else who has tried it has reported incredible results invariably.
So one person says it doesn't work.
What does that say about that person?

I didn't post the comment, nor do I know who posted it.
That said, Chloroquine has some serious side effects.
Hydroxychloroquine may not be as deleterious.
All drugs have side effects. I know people who have taken it more than once with no side effects.
