Chloroquine went missing off the Pharmacy shelves in Bangkok in the last week of February. Now Thai people are not generally bright, so this was prior knowledge to the hospitals?, Army and Police I am told. In USA the Doctors themselves were also hoarding it consistent with their selfless hypocritical oath.
