Joe Biden is 77 years old.
This here, this clip, this is what a 76 year old man looks like when he is in complete control of his mental falculties.
Notice Guiliani speaks off the cuff, and still sticks to the point, point by point, proceeding rationally through his argument.
Giuliani seems hardly to have lost a step since the days he tore up the Mafia in New York City.
Thank God he is on Trump's side.
