"When Lin Wood embraced QAnon, it was a huge embarrassment. This guy was leading the charge in Georgia, and suddenly he was revealed as a frothing bug-eyed maniac.
"Sidney Powell promised us a Kraken, and failed to deliver so much as a cuttlefish.
"When Sidney Powell first publicly aired the Kraken allegations, several commentators on the right were dismayed that the effort was distracting from more provable lines of inquiry and more applicable principles of law. Angelo Codevilla made the argument forcefully back in November. You don’t need proof of specific crimes, you need probable cause to investigate. Taping up windows at the polling station is probable cause...and if you can’t prove it, you shouldn’t say it.
"Lin Wood and Sidney Powell did tremendous harm to the cause. They helped the opposition conflate legitimate concerns with crackpot gibberish and easily-denied allegations. It doesn’t matter whether that stuff is true; it’s a liability in legal and rhetorical terms and it may have been decisive in losing the election. Wood and Powell massively impaired the credibility of anyone questioning the election result.

PA's Governor/AG/and Secretary of State were in contempt of Alito's SCOTUS Order to PA to sequester ballots the second they did not begin to take action to do so, and this was over a week before the 2020 Presidential Election.
Let's all start there.
Trump's losses with SCOTUS prove only one thing. The rest of us have ALWAYS been at the mercy of two patches of ay-wholes when it comes to litigation. One batch are the mFrs who claim they have the sauce to win a case. The other batch are the black robed mFrs who think whatever outcome of those cases is good enough for the rest of us (in the form of "precedence"). Thusly we have been hobbled in our 2nd Amendment protections because we would have to spring from the womb, fully formed and armed to the teeth in order to beat-back the barbs of encroachment foisted upon our great-great-great-great-grandfathers [and thereby the rest of us] by idiots previously litigating on weak grounds, or even tangential legal questions.
They all need a steady wet flip-flop beating for at least 3 months.
