There's the one at the top of the page. Is that too big? We aren't too sophisticated yet. We are new.

Flickr allows you to pick a few sizes of any photo. If you upload a photo to flickr, its easy to change the size. It also has a few other useful features-- signup is quick and easy and its free. (You can also specifiy 'private' for photos you don't want anyone else to see, or "public" for photos that anyone can view.)
However, even if you donn't have a Flickr acct, you may be able to access this. Just click on the size you want. The code is on the page, or you can right-click to get properties, then block the url and ctrl-c to copy it:
