But, it's only what Michelle kept saying

Rich nations should ditch 'unsustainable' lifestyles: China's Wen
michelle_obama_scolding wontons.jpgChinese Premier Wen Jiabao and a top UN official urged industrialised nations Friday to alter their lifestyles and not let the global financial crisis hamper climate change efforts.

Industrialised nations should also help developing countries respond to climate change, Wen said at the opening of a two-day international meeting on global warming in Beijing.

"The developed countries have a responsibility and an obligation to respond to global climate change by altering their unsustainable way of life," the state news agency Xinhua quoted him as saying.

"As the global financial crisis spreads and worsens, and the world economy slows down, the international community must not waver in its determination to tackle climate change."

"Industrial countries must meet their technology transfer obligations," he told journalists.

I wrote of Michelle Obama, last April

Michelle Obama and the zero sum game of socialism.....
"The truth is, in order to get things like universal health care and a revamped education system, then someone is going to have to give up a piece of their pie so that someone else can have more."

But yet there are still honorable, and well known historians who claim that's not socialism.

This example is minor. Other larger tests await, and unfortunately they come after the HUGE socialist bailout of banks, insurance companies, brokerages and apparently, the auto industry is up next. It's hard to justify denial of help to individuals, when the state has extended so much to people who spend $138,000 in banquet expenses as part of a $400k week, weeks after getting $80 billion in a bailout. Typically, one even wonders if the present administration even gave any of this such consideration.
